Ignite Engagement
Trainer Permission to Mark Attendance: Clubs can now give trainers the ability to mark or remove attendance for the classes and sessions they lead without needing manager intervention.
Gymsales and M&O Content Sync: You can now enjoy real-time, two-way syncing of a member’s SMS/Email marketing preferences across GymSales and Membership and Operations. Now, any update in one system is instantly reflected in the other with zero delays.
Ignite Insights
DRDR Collection Variance Analysis (Beta): This new variance analysis report is part of the new Financial Data Mart. This report provides insight into differences in collection data for deeper financial analysis, giving you 360-degree insights into your business performance.
Member Analysis Dashboard: The new Member Analysis Dashboard gives you a powerful, refreshed view of your membership base, helping you to understand who your members are, how they engage, and where opportunities lie.
Memberships & Operations
New Auto-renewal Text Update in Online Join: The auto-renew text in Online Join has been updated to dynamically display renewal frequency and payment amount. This update will help in reducing confusion, improving compliance, and helping clubs build more trust with members.
Grow Your Business: Access 2024's Top Fitness Trends Now
DownloadImproved Home Club Display: With this UI update, the checked-in member’s home club will now appear in the member panel on the Club Home page, reducing the number of clicks to see important information.
Interface Design Improvements (Beta): We’ve refreshed key parts of the Ignite M&O interface (Dashboard, Notes, Member Alerts, and Check-In History) with a modern design framework. Screens now load faster, look cleaner, and make everyday tasks easier for staff.
Check-In History Enhancement: We have updated and included more details on the check-in history page, including:
- Entry Allowed Data
- Check-in Date/Time
- Service(s) Used
- The Employee Assigned and Username
Ignite Commerce
Bank Account Verification: Member bank details are now checked against the Federal Reserve database for more accurate reporting and payments.
Payment Webhooks: This update now reduces the number of payments stuck in technical error states, allowing you to receive payments faster and more efficiently.
Small Updates
- Permissions check corrected for owners unable to add team members.
- Improved backend logic to prevent duplicate deductions of multiple charges for a single In-App payment.
- Strengthen application security with stricter admin controls and improved audit compliance.
- Cancel Date Issue: End dates now correctly assigned; avoids erroneous billing.
- Refer a Friend Banner Issue: Mobile banner now follows referral settings.
- Join Video Call Option: Button restored for classes/appointments.
- Member Record Not Deleted After Expiry: Expired memberships now trigger correct deletion.
- More accurate ABC Product type filtering for prospects, giving you cleaner lead management.
- “Not Signed In Lately” Tag Fix: Improved the data tracking and added spelling updates.
