Our DXFactor Click2Save Partnership

The Click2Save feature is part of our partnership with DXFactor, using intelligent automation to help you retain at‑risk members with personalized messaging. It integrates directly into cancellation flows and automatically offers personalized paths to provide a better member experience or offering. 2. Improved Member Experience

Book a Service Right From the Confirmation Page

After a member completes a booking and sees the confirmation screen, there is now an option to book anotherservice immediately without having to navigate back through menus. This reduces friction in upselling and increases overall member engagement.

Faster Purchasing: Fewer steps to completing a purchase improves the overall member experience.

Easy Upsell: Increase the chance of recurring service or credit pack sales. ​

Simplified Purchase Recurring Services

We have enabled members to purchase recurring services when they try to schedule a service for which the member has no session credits.​ For example, if they try to book a class and they have no credits remaining, a prompt will appear, sending them straight to the purchase credits page.

Streamlined Sales: It is now easier than ever for members to buy more classes, reducing purchasing friction and improving member experience. ​

Improved In-app Experience: With a more streamlined and professional workflow, your members are more likely to revisit and reuse your app.

Easily Cancel Recurring Services

Additionally, we have enabled cancellation of recurring services from the mobile app for members who do not have any unpaid invoices or past due amounts. Members who still have past due balances can now also pay their balance in-app and then cancel their recurring services. ​

DRDR Collection Variance Analysis (Beta)

This report gives you insights into collections variance: that is, the month-on-month differences in your collection. It spots shortfalls, failed payments, delayed payments, or gaps.

Daily Production Report

The Daily Production Report combines agreement and revenue information into one single report, eliminating the need to analyze multiple datapoints.  ​

Users can use this report to: ​

  • Assess the daily sales team performance.
  • Save time by accessing one report instead of multiple dashboards and datasheets.​
  • Audit activity like returns vs. freezes and returned-for-collections volume. ​
  • Get a quick snapshot of agreement and member behavior.
