ABC Ignite July Product Recap

This month, the ABC Fitness team focused on delivering new and updated innovations to the ABC Ignite platform. Our team improved our platform’s financial security, updated features within the Engagement app, and created a more data-secure experience for you and your members.   

Here’s a summary of everything we released this month for the ABC Ignite Platform:  

Member Experience  

Ignite Acquire Now Available on Engagement Go: All the features of ABC Ignite Acquire like refer-a-friend, trial services, and easy trial conversion features, are now available on the Go version of the Engagement App.

Membership Type Funding Error (prospects): Updated system logic checks if a paid event is funded by the person’s membership and, if so, it will allow the prospect to book the event. 

Added Error Message for Failed RS Auto Renewal Cancellation: To provide members with an explanation of why the auto renewal cancellation failed, we updated the app to show the system error message. 

Ignite Commerce 

New Pay Page and Split Payment Options​: The new Pay Page and split toggle for both payments and returns makes managing multiple payment methods simpler. With a streamlined layout, clearer payment options, and significantly faster load times, this update reduces friction, enhances flexibility and sets the stage for future enhancements. ​

Routing Number Validation & Automation Enhancements: We have implemented a mechanism for regular updates of the routing number directory using data from the Federal Reserve to prevent invalid or outdated routing numbers to be used during bank account creation.  

Operator Experience 

Member Record Deleted after Membership Expired: When a membership expires, if there is no end automation, the default settings will delete the member record even if the current or new membership is unsupported by the Engagement app. 

ABC Product Type Filter Updates: We updated the system logic to ensure that only individuals signed up as prospects are returned in the search results when using the prospect filter within the ABC Product Type Filters on Ignite Engagement. 

’Not signed in lately’ Tag Bug Fixes: Previously when filtering By Tag, the Not signed in lately tag displayed an incorrect number and the word member was misspelled in the Recent Sign In Activity configuration. These issues have now been fixed on the Ignite Engagement dashboard.
