Renewal Notifications

With expanding state requirements around auto renewals and annual reminders, proactive communication is critical.

Ignite + Commerce Billing now supports automated Renewal Notifications. Clubs can send pre-renewal notifications before auto renewals and annual reminders for open-ended or month-to-month agreements through automated email workflows.

This delivers:

  • Stronger alignment with evolving compliance requirements
  • Fewer billing disputes and chargebacks
  • Reduced manual administrative effort
  • Clear, documented communication with members

Bank Account Validation Launching March 20

As part of evolving Nacha compliance requirements, ABC Fitness is introducing real-time Bank Account Validation within ABC Commerce. This enhancement authenticates member bank accounts instantly during onboarding, reducing fraud risk, improving bank account quality, lowering ACH return rates, and enabling faster billing compared to traditional ACH pre-notes.

The capability is built into Commerce, available through eAPIs and the Online Member Experience, and includes an optional Pay Page for streamlined capture and authentication. A $0.50 fee applies per validation attempt.

Commerce clients will have access beginning March 20, 2026, while ACH pre-notes remain available as an interim option for non-Commerce clients. Learn more about this here.
