With the end of the summer and the return of the fall season, we’re sure you’re ready to welcome many members back to the gym. Check out what was released in August on ABC Ignite:

Bank Account Verification: Bank Accounts now included in verification flows, improving financial security​ 

Member Experience 

Cancel Recurring Services (Mobile): Members can now cancel their recurring services from the Engagement mobile app. If there are outstanding balances on a members account, they will be required to clear that up before cancelling. 

Improved Welcome Video Permissions & Configuration: The Engagement app now lets clubs configure the welcome video and require viewing (or allow skipping), ensuring new members see essential health and safety information. 

Storefront Now Available on Web: We’ve launched a configurable storefront for the Engagement Web App that allows users to present recurring services right from the dashboard for purchasing. 

Book a service from confirmation page: Members can now book purchased Recurring Services and Packages directly from the confirmation page, allowing them to immediately schedule the service once they buy it. 

Purchase recurring services from “no session” flow: If a member tries to book a service without any session credits, they will now automatically be prompted them to purchase a recurring plan. 

ABC Ignite Insights 

New Daily Production Report: The Daily Production Report brings all agreement changes into one view, eliminating the need to run multiple reports.   

Attrition Analysis Dashboard Enhancement: New visual in Attrition Analysis shows monthly attrition % (last 13 months). 

ABC Ignite Membership and Operations 

Move to stateless servers on M&O: This update sets the foundation for zero-disruption releases, allows for multiple feature releases to be deployed per day and allows our users to benefit from updates instantly.

Fixes and Small Updates 

– Bulk delete pending events in one time (limited to 10,000 pending events).​

– Unlimited Catalog Items now appear in search (bug fix)​

– Payments requested via PAY_LINK or CHATBOT will be posted to the Member account. ​

– Payor statement redesign

– The “Expires On” date displayed on the Listing, Detail and Purchase Confirmation screens now accurately match the final billing date. ​

– App now shows accurate amount of remaining days to members (bug fix)

– Bulk delete pending events in one time (limited to 10,000 pending events).​

– Enterprise API users  can now create products for a club’s POS inventory

– Unlimited Catalog Items now appear in search (bug fix)​

– Previously, all recurring service plans regardless of type were returned by the Engagement API and listed on the Recurring Services tab. Now, only Fixed Interval Open and Fixed Interval Term plans will be listed.​

– Updated the calendar drum to allow users to scroll forward and backward through months so they can easily view and select dates beyond the current month.​
